Chef Pak K. Kwan began his career at the age of 16 as a Sous Chef in China. He was working as a Chef (when he was at the age of 25) at a French & Chinese restaurant in Belgium. In 1997, he opened his first Cantonese restaurant “Fung’s Kitchen” in Oklahoma which specializes in Peking Duck and Dim Sum. For the past 35 years, KWAN CHEF has continued to refine his craft.
